Basketball Stars Mini Camps
These Mini Camps allow players to experience the country’s best basketball instruction. Players will go through top teaching stations as well as play games and take part in competitions. These camps will run from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm daily and are for Boys & Girls in 1st through 12th grade.

The cost is only $50 per camper per day of camp and includes a Camp T-shirt. Sewickley Academy is located at 315 Academy Ave in Sewickley, PA 15143 and South Hills JCC is located in the Upper St. Clair/Mt. Lebanon/Bethel Park area at 345 Kane Blvd. in Pittsburgh, PA 15243.
WinterAAU Basketball Leagues
Players play competitive games and develop their skills during these leagues. Teams are coached by top Basketball Stars of America AAU Coaches. Cost is $225 per player (plus a $25 jersey fee, if player does not have one from the fall program). All games are at Sewickley Academy, 315 Academy Ave in Sewickley, PA. Leagues begin on Sunday, November 23rd and go until the end of January.
Sunday Basketball Winter Boot Camps
An hour and a half of high level basketball skill training each Sunday led by the area’s top coaches at Sewickley Academy, 315 Academy Ave in Sewickley, PA. Every Player Improves at these Boot Camps!
Fees:
$30 per session or $300 for 12 sessions (save $60) or $400 for 16 sessions (save $80)

Speed, Quickness and Basketball Strength Training with Almamy Thiero
Become a better basketball player and athlete. Led by former University of Memphis Basketball player Almamy Thiero. Sundays from Noon to 1 pm, beginning November 23rd @ Sewickley Academy and continuing for 10 straight Sundays. Limited to 40 players.

Basketball Stars of America 2009 Spring AAU Tryouts
Tryouts for Basketball Stars of America Spring AAU Tryouts will begin the weekend of January 31st and February 1st and continue throughout the month of February. In 2009, Basketball Stars of America will be hosting their Spring AAU Tryouts at 4 fantastic sites. They are Sewickley Academy, Court Time Sports Center, Shadyside Academy and Erie Family First Sports Park.

* Cost of tryouts is $35 per player (one-time fee) and players may attend as many tryouts as they would like to. All players who attend tryouts will be notified via email within 2 weeks of their first tryout whether they made a team. If they do make a team, the tryout fee will go towards their tuition.
This year, players may try out for Elite (Advanced), Competitive (Intermediate) or Starter/In House Teams (Beginner). We have also made a number of other changes to keep improving. These Showcases give boys high school basketball players a great opportunity to be seen by many college basketball coaches as well as scouting services. Following each Showcase a detailed report on each player attending is sent out to every Head College Basketball Coach in the United States. Many participants have earned scholarships due to their performance in these events. Space is limited and all Showcases are expected to sell out!
