Welcome to the Home of Barrington Eagles Youth Football & Cheerleading Association Our Objectives
The general objective of the Association is to allow boys and girls to participate in the activities of youth football and cheerleading, regardless of race, creed or national origin, and to practice the ideals of sportsmanship and physical fitness. The specific objectives of the Association shall be:
Section 1: To provide a program to familiarize all youth with the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, to provide an opportunity to play and cheer the game in a supervised, organized and safety-oriented manner, and to keep the welfare of participants free of any adult ambition or personal glory.
Section 2: To provide for scheduled, supervised football games for all member associations' registered teams.
Section 3: To provide qualified officials at all scheduled Association games.
Section 4: To ensure compliance with these By-laws, the Operating Rules and Regulations of Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts Pop Warner Football and Spirit Conference (hereafter referred to as “the Conference”) and the Rules and Regulations of Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc., all as the same shall be in effect from time to time.
