Coach Buzz here...13-year coach and president of the coaches committee. I want to start off by welcoming everyone to the organization old and new. I also want to apologize for the confusion of getting your kids signed up and suited up. We have new volunteers/parents handling the paperwork and registrations for the first time so your patients is going to be greatly needed. We are experiencing some problems with overbooking teams and having a wait-list. We are allowed 29 players on each team and create a wait-list there after. The wait-list is mainly to have the player(s) paperwork in in case a player quits or if there is enough players to split and make 2 teams. To make 2 teams we would need at least 40 players total to be signed up (29+11 on wait-list). It is on a first come first serve basis no matter how long you've been with the organization. Hopefully if you have been with us for a while you know to get your kid signed up ASAP!!! As the paperwork gets sorted out you may or may not be on the wait-list. Our volunteers our working hard to get this all figured out. So again, apologies all around to those who might get left off the roster. I know this is frustrating to parents and volunteers alike. But, again patients and understanding will make this a better experience for us all. If you would like to join and be a volunteer and help behind the scenes and experience the 'mayhem' this time of the season, PLEASE come to a board meeting .The more parents involved the better and smoother this organization will run. We have good coaches in place and now we need the parents to get more involved as the year progresses. Once again Thank You for your patients and understanding!!!
