Bakersfield Rebels are excited to reestablish the Kern County Connection with the Fresno Force. Our 16U Bakersfield Rebels will now be the 16U Force Escobar out of Bakersfield. We are proud to be affiliated with the Fresno Force. Look for our girls in Pink and Blue.

12U Rebels take 2nd at ASA Metro!
Wow what a weekend. After a tough loss Sat. You girls pushed through and made it to sunday. We won our first game then had to come back and beat the team that we lost to by 1 on Sat. I guess you girls where out to prove a point. winning 18-4 now thats the way to come back and beat a team. Not only did you girls battle the heat but you played the best I have seen you all play yet as a team. Every one of you girls made a difference this weekend. We had so many outstanding plays. Sammi and Seno I do not know how your legs held up as long as they did. Lexie diving stop in right gunning it to first, Ashlie working hard and never giving up, desi catch in left and angle in faul to keep hits to singles, mariah relays to home and huge range in Center, Alli diving catch forward and back ups at first. You girls never gave up in the out field no mater how deep it was hit. 2 relays for outs at 3rd and 2 at home. Olivia way to dive out at 3rd and throw the girl out from your knees, Haleigh way to go in all directions and take great angles on the ball at SS, I can't count how many diving stops you had, Cheyenne every day your range incresses and you get to a ball that I do not think is possible to get, you did a great job on the mound love those in and out drops this weekend, Delaney I loved when we got the out at first and you nailed the girl out at 3rd for the double play, Marissa diving out and getting the lead runner at 2nd from your knees at 3rd, working hard behind the plate in the heat. Seno two days over 100 degres you caught 5 games 1:40 long each game never stopped blocking made 2 diving put outs at home gunned out so many girls at 2nd as a coach I could never be more proud, Sammi I have never seen you pitch better than you did today under the toughest conditions. You brought me to tears. That last strike out after pitching for hours. That was all heart and pure will. I asked you girls to give me your all and to not walk a way from this weekend with out showing everyone how much hard work you put in every day to get you to where you are now. You girls never gave up and battled back to even tie it up 4-4 going into the last inning of the champinship game. You girls played for 6 hours straight in the heat. Wow!

12U Bakersfield Rebels took 2nd Place at the NSA Western World Series 2011. You girls worked so hard. We knew going into this tournament we had a target on our backs being the State Champs. Boy did it show in pool play. We beat the grappetts 7-1 then had to battle against the Xtream. Going into the last inning down 5-3 you girls never gave up. We ended up winning 6-5 with no outs and runners still on. You have to love that small ball, long ball combination. All that in just the first day. We went on to play 6 more games against some very talented teams. All of my girls never seem to suprise me on how much heart and drive they have. You girls battled in every game to take 2nd Place. Way to go!

CA State Champions!
Wow! You girls are soooo great. Way to come to play. Only giving up 9 runs in 6 games. Cheyenne and Sammi for being the 2 youngest players on the team you guy's are a great pitching combo. Having the best defence behind you always helps. We sure have the best..... All 10 of you girls gave it everything. I'm so proud. Way to bring another State Title back to Bakersfield and the Rebel Organization.

Way to go girls!!!!! fighting back, all the way to take second place. With not such a great start in pool play. You girls put it all behind you and played hard in bracket play. Winning 5 games straight to make it to the championship game. You all played so hard and left it all on the field. I could not have been more proud. 11 games in 5 days. Triple Crown Park City Finalist!
