Badger Wrestling: Badger News

We are practicing @ the Beebe Training Facility on March 6th & 7th from 6-8:15pm. The address is 5209 Commonwealth in Western Springs. If your child is wrestling in State or Midget State, please make sure they are there. Thanks... BPND!!!

A huge congrats to everyone that wrestled @ Sectionals. We have 5 Badgers that placed & are going to State! These boys are Rockford bound:

• Angel Granado 74 lbs
• Tommy Russell 66 lbs
• David Cushing 130 lbs
• Vito Tito 177 lbs
• Abiel Horta 215 lbs

We are so proud of every single Badger! We had a great season & we are not done yet. BPND!!!

We also took 3rd place as a team @ Sectionals.

A HUGE thank you from Coach Joe & I for everyones help! The Badgers ran a great tournament!! From set-up to tear down, with everyones help, our tournament was a success. We have over 400 kids from over 30 teams wrestle @ our tournament. There is no way that we coud ever run a tournament without each & everyone of you. Your hard work & dedication made today possible. So thank you once again.

A huge thank you to everyone that came out & supported the Badgers @ the candlelight bowl. I hope everyone had a good. I know I did... :-) When you see Karen O'Donnell make sure you say thanks, she put it all together...

     First of all I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all the former & current Badger parents that donated their time to help us run our tournament. Without all of you, we could not have done it. And we did it well!

     Congrats to all of our Badgers that wrestled today. You all wrestled hard & with pride! We had some Badgers that wrestled their first tournament today, you did great!! BPND!!!

     And lastly but certainly not least, we won 1st place today as a team. We could not have done it without each and every one of you!! Whether you won or lost, each wrestlers points helped us to win that trophy...
