Bronxville Blackhawks Mite A team: Welcome
Welcome To The Bronxville Blackhawks Mite Season!!
The Mite team this year will be led by Coaches Greg Zerafa and Jon Gerardi.
As part of the BYHA philosophy, focus will placed on player development, competitiveness and sportsmanship.
All practices and home games will be played at the Westchester Skating Academy.
We will be playing in the Hudson Valley Hockey League (HVHL) at the A level this season. Our division is made up of 7 other teams: Bear Mountain, Clarkstown, Mariners, Millbrook, Putnam, Rye Rangers, and White Plains.
The Hudson Valley Hockey League and the Westchester Skating Academy have their own websites.
Our league games are being scheduled, and we will be adding non-league games with other teams. As those games are set we will update the schedule on the website, so please check it regularly. We expect to play 40-50 games, including tournaments. We will most likely participate in three tournaments this season - two local ones over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and one travel tournament at the end of the season.
