Please complete all forms and send with a copy of the player's birth certificate (state-issued, not hospital-issued) to our registrar Thomas Ruppel. Players selected for the 2008-2009 season will have received an email with instructions.

2008 2009 registration
- Documents and instructions for registration for all teams. The registration process, which includes paying a deposit online, registering with USA Hockey and sending all required documents to BYHA, must be completed by the end of May.
