Field Hockey Summer Camp

Field Hockey Camp for grades entering 3rd-8th:
Monday, June 25th - Friday, June 29th 9am-12pm, at Concord Township Park (field next to the library, in the middle of the walking trail). Detailed Program Information on left tab under 'Summer Camp' and also under 'HANDOUTS'.
ALL skill levels are invited to participate that will be in 3rd - 8th grades. Also we will be offering a Pre-Season clinic (Dates to be held in August) for players that will be entering Kindergarten - 2nd grades in the Fall. We will be teaching beginner and fundamental field hockey skills for these girls and plan to have dates finalized end of June, when Fall registration opens (these clinics will be included with Fall registration).
A Clinic will also be offered for players entering Kindergarten - 2nd Grades TBD prior to Fall 2012 season

Our Intermediate Program is for the more competitive player who is in 5th Grade and Older who has Field Hockey Experience for at least one year. All players will be evaluated and then placed on level Intramural Teams. Once the season has begun, if selected, will also have the opportunity to play in additional Intermediate and/or Tournament team games.

The mission of BYC Field Hockey is to teach the game of Field Hockey in an environment of safety, respect and fun.

ALL HOME INTRAMURAL AND HOME INTERMEDIATE GAMES WILL AT THE GVHS Field 4 (up the stairs).
All PRACTICES WILL BE AT EITHER THE GVMS Front Field or GVHS #4 Field.
The Field Hockey program consists of:

Intramural Minis (Beginner K, 1st and 2nd Grades)

Intramural/Intermediate Teams (3rd - 8th Grades) (see Intramural Program Details)

Intermediate/Tournament Games (5th -8th Grades) (see Intermediate Program Details for evaluation requirements)
