U13 Brighton Travel Team - Black: Welcome
Welcome to the home site of the Brighton Bulldogs U13 Travel baseball team. Our team offers local youths the opportunity to play competitive baseball against the best players and teams at the state, regional and national levels. We are also members of the KVBSA and play a full schedule in one of the most respected and competitive leagues in the state.
While it is apparent that the Bulldogs are a competitive team, winning alone is not our primary goal, the primary goal of this team to create a supportive and competitive environment that will allow the players to realize their full potential as baseball players and young adults. In order to achieve this we will work hard to develop confidence, self esteem and poise in all our players. We will strive to cultivate lifelong friends among our teammates, and to support each other in all situations. We will demand a mutual respect for all players, umpires, coaches, parents and opponents at all times. Win or lose the Bulldog team will be remembered as the classiest team in the ball park.
We will teach positive Team skills to meet our team goals as well as working with all individuals to meet their personal goals. Our players will learn to understand that their achievements are a direct result of their efforts. We will encourage the kids to stay focused and work hard to achieve their goals. They will learn that most things in life are competitive and that they need to put forth a strong, committed effort if they are to succeed.
