The Blue Water Soccer Club, the largest "most affordable" competitive soccer club in St. Clair County continually strives to develop our players to achieve the highest levels of performance, competition, and soccer skills as possible. BWSC also stresses "fairness of play", proper team conduct, and good fellowship among its players. It is every teams responsibility to abide by this concept while on and off the field of play! BWSC attracts children from throughout the Blue Water Area in St. Clair, Macomb & Sanilac Counties in Michigan. The Club is open to boys and girls ages 8-19. The BWSC organization believes success comes only as a result of proper training, development and commitment from the parent, player, coach and organization. Our coaches realize that through helping our players learn to play soccer, they will also have the opportunity to instill life lessons on teamwork, sportsmanship and character.

John Motzer, player, youth coach, collegiate coach and coach developer died Monday October 6^th at the age of 75.

Outlining Johns major contributions to soccer in Michigan include:  Founding coach for Oakland University; 1991 Hall of Honor inductee,  MSYSA Mr. Michigan Soccer in 1973; helped to develop many youth and high school coaches and their programs elevating the level of play and education of Michigan soccer.   John played soccer on junior teams in Hungary, Austria and Germany.
