Minutes from May’s meeting read and accepted by members.

Treasurer’s Report – Donna Grenauer absent  - No report  
                         
EXECUTIVE REPORT:  
Vince Spina - Found 2 sites for Coaches/Parents on sports education.                 
                      Looking into using one of them for the organization.
John Koch -   Lottery calendars are being printed. Fundraiser will go out
                     In July and August for the months of Sept., Oct. and Nov.             
                     Thinking each player will get two $10.00 cards to “sell.”  
Cathy Shay - Attempting to put the new by-laws on the website.  
                     Also posted the calendar of BTAA events.
Jill Volkert  -  No report.
Donna Grenauer–absent

DISCUSSION ITEMS:  
Poor meeting attendance.  Need membership drive.  Vince will email all coordinators to notify coaches to attend monthly meetings.  It is in the by-laws. Sad that the BTAA has over 5,000 families and only 3 members, 2 of which are coordinators and 4 officers are in attendance for the meeting.

COORDINATOR / COMMITTEE REPORTS:

LACROSSE - as per Joe Conzola
Season is finished.  Was a good season.
Coaches did a great job.
Got most of the equipment back.  
Thanks to board for support.
NCC and E. Hills fields worked well.
Suggested having “out of Twp.” players supply own equipment.

SOCCER – as per Tom Czerwinski
Spring season is finishing up.
Communicating with NCC for fall fields.
Still looking for someone to line the fields.
Fall sign ups are over 530.
Too many 16 yr. old girls for one team, not enough for two teams.  After much discussion, decided the fairest solution was to have try outs.  Took top 18 players out of 25.

FOOTBALL- Rob Skae absent  -  as per Vince Spina
Vince is stepping up due to Rob’s lack of communication, participation and meeting attendance.  He is not fulfilling his duties as coordinator as per the by-laws.
Fined by league for BTAA’s lack of attendance at the league meetings.
Good numbers for sign ups.  30 for flags , 40 for 95’s , 18 for 105’s, 30 for 125’s.
7/21, 23, 25 and 28 are summer camps at E. Hills.
League rule change: 95’s can kick extra points and punt.
Looking to form an 80 lb team.  Will draw the youngest from the 95 lb. team.
6/14 is Bulldog’s Coaches’ meeting
Have interested parties for 105 lb. coach.
Saturday Games will begin with Flags playing first, then125’s, 95’s, 105’s, and 80’s playing last.
Freedom’s Coach Owens has offered to do a speed camp at Northeast MS in June for a small fee.

CHEERLEADING –Annette Mease absent  -  No report
BASKETBALL – Bill Dosedlo absent  -  No report
CONCESSIONS - Lorie Dosedlo absent  -  No report
SOFTBALL:  John Grenauer absent-  No report
