DISCUSSION ITEMS:

Past Bulldog Anthony Fritz’s house burned down and he lost all of his Bulldog Football Trophies. We replaced all of his destroyed trophies from 2001 - 2007. Anthony was present to receive the replacement trophies presented to him.

Representative from the Philly Pretzel Factory was present to offer his product as a fundraiser. Samples of assorted pretzels and dips were available for tasting.

By-laws - Changes/Additions/Deletions made by the By-Law Committee were reviewed.

Tom Czerwinski expressed concerns he and Bob Eaton have about the change that no longer allows minors to be student head coaches. Student coaches may still assist, but not be a head coach. Tom said that there are no league restrictions for head coaches. Discussion followed about the responsibility of a head coach and that it is not appropriate to put that responsibility on a minor. Also, the inability to get a background check on a minor makes it impossible for us to meet that requirement for coaches.
