Meeting called to order: 8:18

ACTION ITEMS:
Minutes from September’s meeting read and accepted by members.
Motion to accept: Lou Colangalo 2nd Jesse Mowrey

Treasurer’s Report – read by Donna Grenauer Copies available upon request.
$920.00 in bank fees from bounced checks. Please contact people from your sport. When they see that it is Donna calling, they do not answer their phones.

EXECUTIVE REPORT:
Vince Spina - absent
John Koch - No report.
Cathy Shay – No report.
Jill Volkert – No report.
Donna Grenauer–No report.

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Concession Stand renovations
3 quotes for Pole Buildings
10/16 JWL Construction will meet at the field.
10/20 Pioneer Construction

COORDINATOR / COMMITTEE REPORTS:

SOCCER – as per Bob Eaton
Everything going well.
11/1 and 11/2 Post Season Tournament at Forks. Will put up lights at Municipal Park for practicing
Thanks to football for giving soccer space to use.

FOOTBALL- as per John Koch in Rob Skae’s absence
100’s will make play offs 10/25 and 10/26 at Emmaus

CHEERLEADING –as per Stacy Schneck
All going well.
Competitions: 11/1 @ Fleetwood, 11/2 @ Northampton, 11/8 @ Northern Lehigh,
11/9 @ Stabler (RCN will televise-Time TBA), 11/16 @ Parkland

WRESTLING - as per Lou Colangelo
47 sign ups 21 new registrations Will continue to take registrations through Oct.
9 Asst. coaches (3 new)
11/16 Tournament with Patriots Wrestling Club
Ordered additional singlets from Sports Center USA.
10/20 Parent meeting
15 Bulldog wrestlers are attending the Wed. Night practices at Freedom.

CONCESSIONS - No report Lorie absent

SOFTBALL - as per John Grenauer
Setting batting clinics at ITZ in Nov. Check the website.
Denny Hollinger is the new Freedom softball coach. Said he will work with BT softball.

LACROSSE - as per Joe Conzola
Got East Hills four nights /week plus weekends for use.
Still talking to the church and NCC for space
Still not definite on age groups.
