April 14, 2008

EXECUTIVE REPORT:
Tom Barrow –
Finally out of one shed. Will be out of other by Saturday.
$250.00 donation to East Hills for Batting Machines.

Vince Spina –
Helmets picked up at 11:30 on 4/19.
Moving out of last shed on Sat. Volunteers needed to help.
COORDINATOR / COMMITTEE REPORTS:
SOFTBALL: as per John Grenauer
Uniform handout on 4/24.
Holes for batting cages were cemented by Township.
Mr. Grube has been very helpful.
Reminder to pick up trash.
Use lights at field only when needed during times allowed.
“B” Team is no longer. It has been dispersed among the three “A” Teams.
New pitching mounds to be installed.
9/10 year old teams are being accused by the league, of being stacked. John has been put on probation by the league.
Looking for a shed for the pitching machine.
BASKETBALL – as per Bill Dosedlo
Season is over.
Most equipment is in.
12 kids for the summer league. Still taking registrations.
Floyd gave us time at the ABTCC for the playoffs.
6th grade Pates took 2nd place in the tournament at York.
WRESTLING as per Lou Colangelo
End of year party was held at Farmersville School.
Uniforms are all in shed.
New league; Valley Elementary
CHEERLEADING –as per Stacy Schneck
Sign ups: May 12, 13, 21, 22 from 6:30 - 8:30 at the BTCC May move the times for the 5/12 sign up to 6:00 - 8:00 due to the 8:00 BTAA monthly meeting.
Coordinator meeting on May 13 at Hanover Community Center.
SOCCER – as per Bob Eaton
Fall signups on 4/28 and 4/30 at the BTCC and 5/5 and 5/6 at the Bethlehem Twp. Municipal Building.
Uniforms from last year are in.
Mr. Grube asked for the goals to be moved to the side.
CONCESSIONS - as per Lori Dosedlo
No new hot do roller
Pretzel machine to be fixed by Easton Glass.
FOOTBALL- as per Vince Spina
80 lb. Team - need to field.
95 lb. Team - to be done before 8o’s.
Sign ups to be held with Cheerleading on 5/ 12,13,21 and 22 at the BTCC.

Basketball Coordinator: Bill Dosedlo - accepts.
Wrestling Coordinator: Lou Colangelo - accepts

Softball team, Yankees want to order jackets at their own cost. Motion made to OK. All approved.
