This organization offers recreational Cheerleading,  Football, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, Softball, and Lacrosse .

Spring 2012 REGISTRATION
 
6:30pm to 8:30 pm in lower lobby 

 

Tue. Jan. 17^th

 Thurs. Jan. 19^th

Mon. Jan. 23^rd

Wed. Jan. 25^th

Registration Fees for lax and softball 
- $85.00 for the first child in a family
- $60.00 for the second child in the same family
- $40.00 for each additional child over two in the same family (Family max of $175)

Spring Soccer fees less.
 
Documentation 
 At the time of registration, parents must provide a COPY of each new player's birth certificate.  
Late Registration
There is no guarantee that there will be any make-up registration date(s) scheduled and/or that individual late registrations will be accepted. If however, there are late registrations each child will be assessed a ten dollar ($10.00) late registration fee in addition to the fees listed above.
 
Withdrawals and Refunds
All requests to withdraw a player from the program and receive a refund must be sent in writing

August	Start of Fall Sports practice. 1st Nominations for Spring Sports (Softball & Lacrosse) Coordinators
September	2nd Nominations and Voting for Spring Sports Coordinators Winter Sports Sign-up fliers to schools Winter sports sign-ups (Basketball, Wrestling & Cheering)  Leases to schools and Township Basketball head coach intentions report to Coordinator.
October
November	Start of Winter Sports Fall equipment/uniforms return to sheds/coordinators Fall  inventory requests for next year
December	1st Nominations for Fall Sport (Soccer, Football, Cheering) Coordinators
January	2nd Nominations and Voting for Fall  Sport Coordinators Spring sign up fliers to schools Spring sports sign-ups (Lacrosse & Softball) Leases to schools and Township Football head coach intentions report to Coordinator. President calls for By-Laws review, if changes.  Every 2 yrs if no changes
February	Accept all written By-laws proposals for change Form By-law committee Softball & Lacrosse head coach intentions report to Coordinator.
March	Winter equipment/uniforms return to sheds/coordinators Winter sports inventory requests for next year Distribute By-laws proposed changes to members, discussion 1st Nominations for BTAA Board, Concession Stand & Website Coordinators
April	Start of Spring sports 1st Nominations for Winter Sports (Basketball & Wrestling) Coordinators 2nd Nominations for BTAA Board, Concession Stand & Website Coordinators Vote on By-laws changes Fall Soccer sign-ups
May	2nd Nominations and Voting for Winter Sport Coordinators 3rd Nominations and Voting for BTAA Board, Concession Stand & Website Coord. Sign up fliers to schools Football & Cheering sign-ups for Fall Leases to schools and Township
June	Soccer new player evaluations: End of month Fiscal Year ends Soccer, Wrestling, Cheering head coach intentions report to Coordinator.
July	New Board takes office Spring equipment/uniforms return to sheds/coordinators Inventory requests for next year

 

Sports equipment/uniforms due in to coordinator one month after close of season.
