The Ballistic Soccer Organization is very excited and motivated to fill all of our rosters for all of our teams by the end of the first week of tryouts, if and when possible. Our competitive teams will be scheduled to start to train immediately for the preperation of the Slammers tournament on July 18-19, 2009 and the West Coast FC tournament on August 15-16, 2009. We are also anticipating the growth of our girls U13 and our girls U16 age brackets which will encompass multiple teams. Come to tryouts, sign your name to one of our teams, and enjoy what we call Ballistic Soccer... Feel the Impact!

Come out and support the BSO is style. You can either complete this form and turn in to your team manager with payment, or E-mail your completed form to kellyh@ballisticsoccer.com and remit your payment using the Paypal link on the home page. Apparel is ordered once a month. Our last order has already been placed for the 2008-2009 season. Our next order will be placed sometime in July. Thanks for supporting our organization!
