About Our Coaches

About Coach Brian Lastner
Head Coach Brian Lastner holds his "E" Coaching license and is also a Baltimore native. Brian played his high school soccer at Loch Raven High School. He then went on to a very successful college career at UMBC and continued to play Club Soccer after graduation. Coach Brian has been part of the Blaze Coaching Staff for the past 6 years as the Assistant Coach and took over the Head Coaching position in the Fall 2008 Season.

The coaching staff of the Blaze is committed to creating a fun and challenging atmosphere where individual skills are developed within an environment that places the "team first". The ultimate goal of the team is to play at the highest levels, develop players that will compete in high school and beyond, and to create a life-ttime love for the game within the girls.
