Time: 5:15 - 7:00 p.m. with pizza party to follow
Place: Big Spring High School Pool
Cost: $10 per swimmer (price includes entry into a maximum of 3 events plus 2 slices of pizza, drink, and dessert)
$10 per adult (price includes 2 slices of pizza, drink, dessert and entry into parent race if desired)
$2 per additional slice of pizza, or for siblings not swimming.
All payments and sign-ups are due by Wednesday, February 8, 2012
Give your payment to Dan Feathers or place it in the treasurer’s box on the pool balcony. Make sure you write down who is participating from your family and put it with your payment.

This meet is open to all CPAL Division 1-A swimmers who have competed in a minimum of three (3) league meets through the course of the 2011-2012 season. Each swimmer may be entered and compete in a maximum of three (3) events (individuals and relays).
The facility will open at 7:15am for entry. All athletes, coaches, spectators, and volunteers are asked to enter at the Auditorium entrance. Swimmers may then report to their team area in the main gymnasium, with direct access to locker room areas.
Admission: $2.00 for adults. Children under the age of 12 admitted at no charge. Meet volunteers may pick up their ID badges and will not be charged an admission fee.
Programs: $3.00 each.
Morning Session is for 8 & Under swimmers and 9-10 swimmers
Warm-ups are from 7:55 - 8:20 a.m. in lanes 1 - 3
Meet Start time - 9:00 a.m.
Afternoon Session is for 11-12, 13-14, and 15 and over swimmers
Warm-ups are from 12:25 - 12:50 p.m. in lanes 1 - 3
Meet Start time - 1:30 p.m.
Divisionals T-shirts can be pre-ordered for $12 ($14 for XXL, XXXL) See attached file for design. They will be $15 on the day of the meet. Sign-ups are on the pool door. Make t-shirt payment to BSAC by Friday, Feb. 10. We will NOT place your order if it is not prepaid!
Divisionals “Shout-out” messages can be placed in the program. See details on the pool door. Make check out to SACwith a note that says “Shout out” in the memo line of the check. Give to Dan Feathers, our treasurer, or place in the treasurer’s box upstairs in the pool balcony by Friday, February 17.
Our team needs to provide the following volunteers. Meet volunteers will NOT be charged admission. Please sign up on the sheet hanging on the pool doors. This is due by Feb. 14
Morning Session and Afternoon Session Each Need the Following:

1st Half Lane 3 Timer
1st Half Lane 6 Timer

2 Parent Chaperones in Gym to assist our swimmers getting to the seeding area
2 Stroke and Turn officials
1 Finish Judge
Championship Committee Rep-- Responsible for “making decisions on matters not specifically covered by the rules or on the misapplication of a rule during the meet.
Coach Nick needed your entries by Wednesday, Jan 25. Payment also needs to be made to the treasurer's box by Jan. 25. All information is on the board in the pool area. Any questions see Coach Nick. This is an optional meet.

HOW TO JOIN OUR USA TEAM MID-SEASON
P R ACTICES : Monday -Friday 5:15-7:00 pmFeb. 27 - March 30 & May 1 - May 11
COST: $110 for practices only (additional $60 fee to join USA swimming and be able to participate at USA meets through Dec. 31, 2012)
PREREQUISITES: Swimmers are generally 9-18 years old and MUST be proficient in all 4 competitive strokes, turns, and techniques. If you are unsure whether your child is ready, talk to Coach Nick.
Sign Ups and Payments DUE ON: Monday, Feb. 20
between 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. on the pool balcony
