BMRH Website Privacy and Child Protection Policy.
The goal of this site is to give the players and parents a chance to see their teams and the leagues statistics, and be updated on schedules and events including game cancellations. The coaches if they choose will now have a way to communicate with all his team members at once. Additionally it gives the Board of Directors one central place to communicate with all of their members, automatically keep statistics and maybe someday help make the registration process easier.
I just wanted to let all the Board Members, Coaches, and Parents know that I have disabled all the capabilities of this website for people to chat or communicate with strangers to protect the players. I have set up the site so that anyone can view the pages that I have set up with the exception of the message boards. This area will only be viewable by Board Members and Coaches. No one else will be given acces to this area.
The site will display the players names on the teams roster and statistic sheets but at no time will their date of births, address, email address, or any other identifying information be shown on the site or be available for others to manipulate.
If you go to a teams roster the players name is listed. If you click on name all you will see is his/ her Full name and uniform #.

Please Offer Your "Help & Patience" on Game Days
Please offer your "HELP" & "PATIENCE" on Game Days
Due to the prior days weather conditions on Saturday and Sunday mornings there may be condensation or standing water when the first game of the day is to begin. This is a common problem this time of year. On these days until the rink is dryed it is not safe play on.
Able Parents with players in the first game of each Saturday and Sunday, would you please be willing to HELP us Squeegee & Dry the rink? Extra hands make light work! We kindly request that if it had rained the night prior to a game that anyone who is able to please come down to the rink at 7:45 am and help your coaches dry the rink so as not to cause the delay or cancellation of any of the days games.
Also, we are asking for everyone's PATIENCE while games may be running late due to rink conditions.
Obviously, if we don't start our first games on time...the following games will be delayed accordingly.
We appreciate your consideration in this matter.
