| The question was raised about the rules for blood on the uniform. In the 2003 Playing Rules book, p. 85, you will find the answer. In short, "The bleeding must be stopped, the open wound covered and if there is an excessive amount of blood on the uniform it must be changed before the athlete may participate." | ||||
