U14's STAY IN BRONZE DIVISION MARCH 2ND POWER LEAGUE
THE U14s HAD A ROUGH START DURING SATURDAY POOL PLAY. THE TEAM CAME THRU ON AN IMPORTANT AFTERNOON BRACKET PLAY TO GET A WIN AND PLACE 6TH AND REMAIN IN THE BRONZE DIVISION.

U16s AND U15s MOVE UP IN POWER LEAGUE RANKINGS

THE U16s AND U15s HAD A GREAT TORNAMENT LAST SATURDAY, MARCH 1ST. BOTH TEAMS WERE SEEDED IN THE AFTERNOON'S WINNERS BRACKET AND MOVED INTO THE CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND AFTER WINNING THE FIRST GAME. THEY BOTH LOST THE LAST GAME AND FINISHED IN 2ND PLACE. THE U16s WILL MOVE UP TO THE COPPER DIVISION AND THE U15s WILL MOVE UP TO THE RED DIVISION. WHAT A GREAT SHOWING FOR BIVC!!!

U 14s FINISH 4TH IN BRONZE AT EVERGREEN SATURDAY FEBRUARY 2ND

THE U14s FINISHED THE MORNING POOL ROUND IN 2ND PLACE. IN AFTERNOON BRACKET PLAY THEY LOST A HARD PLAYED MATCH IN THE FIRST ROUND AGAINST UPVBC'S TOP TEAM. GREAT JOB BY BOTH PLAYERS AND COACHES LIZ AND NICOLE.

U15s KICK IT UP AT POWER LEAGUE TOURNAMENT 2-3-08
THE U15s HAD A GREAT MORNING IN POOL PLAY FINISHING 2ND AND PLACING THEM IN THE WINNERS BRACKET FOR THE AFTERNOON. THEY PLAYED STRONG BUT LOST THEIR FIRST ROUND IN THE AFTERNOON, BUT WENT ON TO WIN THE NEXT MATCH TO FINISH 3RD OVERALL IN MAROON. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TEAM AND COACH KRISTINE.

U15s VERY COMPETITIVE AT POWER LEAGUE TOURNAMENT
THE U15 TEAM FINISHED STRONG LAST WEEKEND AT THE POWER LEAGUE TOURNAMENT. THESE LADIES ENDED UP 2ND IN POOL PLAY AND 3RD IN PLAY-OFF ROUNDS. GREAT JOB TEAM AND COACH KRISTINE!!

THE U14s STARTED VERY STRONG DURING SATURDAYS POOL PLAY AT EVERGREEN STATE COLLEGE. THESE LADIES FINISHED THE NIGHT IN 1OTH PLACE AND IN THE SILVER DIVISION. ON SUNDAY THEY LOST SOME HARD FOUGHT MATCHES AND SLIPPED TO THE 15TH SPOT IN THE SILVER DIVISION. OVERALL THE TEAM MOVED UP FROM 24TH. GREAT JOB TEAM AND COACHES LIZ AND NICOLE!!

The age group definitions for USA Volleyball High Performance differ from club. The exact dates are below, but here is a rule of thumb: players on 14U teams and under are in the Select age group. 15U and 16U athletes are in our Youth age group, and 17U and 18U athletes are in our Junior age group.

2008-2009 Age Definitions:
Women's Junior - born in 1990 and 1991
Girls' Youth - born in 1992 and 1993
Girls' USA Select - born in 1994, 1995 and after
