BGGSA Draft Complete
The BGGSA Draft for 2012 is complete. The results are being entered into the eTeamz website. Coaches should be contacting their players in the next week. There is a coaches meeting on 3/24/2012 to hand out equipement, discuss rules for the season, and pass out fundraiser for 2012.

Welcome to the start of the 2012 softball season. We as a board are committed to building a strong foundation and providing a fun, competitive softball league. Please complete your attached registration form and return it to BGGSA.
BGGSA is now known as Beech Grove Girls Softball Affiliation. We changed our name to comply with the State of Indiana to receive our tax exempt status and allow us to apply to become a non-profit organization. By doing this we will receive certain tax benefits that will assist us in sponsorship as well as maintaining strict guidelines on how we operate BGGSA. It also adds integrity and accountability to the board as we are volunteers and receive no benefits from the league.
We have worked tirelessly this off season to make changes in repairs to the concession, scheduling, rules and inventory of equipment to insure the safety of the girls. Also, new this year is our Early bird registration form (enclosed) or available on our website www.BGGSA.org. This will assist us in game schedule and coaches selection.
The early bird fee of $85.00 will save you $15 off normal price if returned by February 6, 2012. (this price includes shirt, socks, trophy, umpires and game treat tickets)
Please help us in making this a successful season by returning form and payment no later than February 6, 2012. Any questions please contact Steve Durbin or Don Elliott.
