Registration Policies
Parents Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the parents to get their children to and from all games
and practices. Note that coaches are volunteers and not a baby-sitting service.
Special Requests
Due to the large number of players and in order to have balanced teams, requests for players to play together , play for a certain coach or for driving purposes can not be accepted.
Coaches’ children will automatically be placed on the same team and children from the same family who are one year apart can request to be placed together with the submission of “Request to Play Up” form submitted to the board for approval. ( see forms)
Player Attire
Players must wear the club-supplied uniform consisting of a shirt, shorts and
socks. No player names can be printed on any part of the uniform.
Shin pads are mandatory.
Refunds
An administration fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the registration fee onall refund requests if made prior to the beginning of the season. Once the
season has started a maximum of a 50% refund will be in effect until Dec 15th.No refunds will be given after this date and this policy will be strictly adhered
too. All applications for refunds must be in writing, with a copy of theplayer’s registration form attached and mailed to the club. All letters will be
date stamped as they are received.
NSF Cheques
If a cheque is returned as NSF, the player’s name will be removed from the
club. Due to limited number of volunteers, calling and following up on nonsufficient
funds is not possible. Please make sure that your registration fees are
covered in order to ensure that your child will play soccer this season.
If you still wish the child to participate, a $30 service fee will be applied and acertified cheque or cash including this fee will be required to re-register. Inaddition, we cannot guarantee a placement for these players as we may have
filled all player spaces by that time.
Representative Team Coaches
Applications for Representative Head coaches should be submitted to the
Brampton East Youth Soccer Club to the attention of the Rep. Director no later
than the end of August. All those received will be contacted by someone from
the coaching selection committee and assigned an interview with the selection
committee prior to nominations being submitted to board of directors for
approval.
Non-Residents Policy
Current City of Brampton policy prohibits non-residents from playing in House
League. There are limited exceptions for the Rep program and if approved by
