Tuesday, February 5

A reminder to all Brampton East Referees 

Referees officiating BESC games must have their full standard uniform on. This should always look clean and smart.

  • Referee shirt and badge - shirt tucked in to shorts.
  • Black shorts and not track pants.
  • Black socks with three white stripes.
  • Black shoes preferably.
  • Referee book c/w yellow and black cards.
  • Pen to complete game sheets.
Note: 
  1. Use your whistle only when required and do not have it in your mouth all of the time.
  2. Arrive at the game a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes.
  3. A record is being kept of your game performance. If you are not there at these times ,at the time clock control ,the previous referee will be taking your game and reporting to the Head Referee.
  4. Keep up with the play and show the players and spectators that you are a professional.
  5. You have to be a example to the teams on the field.

OSA Registration
All Referees are reminded that they must register with the OSA before they can be assigned any league games.

Should you not be able to attend in person then periodically check their website for helpful information for all referees regardless of experience.
