If you are still looking for a team, consider getting on our Free Agents list, shown below. Coaches looking for players will contact people from this list directly. If you would like to be added to or removed from this list, contact Andy Head at edward.a.head@boeing.com.
CAN'T SEE THE LIST? We've been dealing with off-and-on communication issues between eTeamz and the Boeing firewall, so from time to time the Free Agent list is not visible. We do not have a long-term solution in place at this time, so please check back after a few min. If you cannot get it to work, or time is an issue, contact Andy for an e-mailed copy of the list.
Fields may be reserved for practice time by contacting Ron Anderson, 425-717-6651. Practices will not be allowed on a field that a game is to be played on later in the day, and BEESA games always take priority over other activities on the softball fields.
Use the rainout hotline for practice days as well as game days. It is updated by 2:30 p.m. every day, and should be observed in order to ensure player safety and to avoid excessive damage to our fields that may be done by using them in poor conditions.
All players must sign a team roster before playing. Blank roster forms may be downloaded under the "Forms and Downloads" link on this site. Signed forms may be turned in at the front desk of the Activities Center, slid inside the shed at the fields, sent to either Ron Anderson (M/C: OF-KA) or Angie Matson (M/C: OY-51) via inter-office mail, or scanned and e-mailed to Angie Matson at angie.m.matson@boeing.com. To add players after your roster has been submitted, simply put the new players on a new blank roster and submit using any of the above methods, BEESA will combine your rosters in our files. Roster adds may be done until your team has played its seventh game of the season, at that point all rosters are frozen.
ALL managers must report game scores as soon as possible after the completion of your game. Report scores to Andy Head at edward.a.head@boeing.com (preferred) or (425) 495-6136 (you may leave a message). Any game with no score reported by the following week's game will be recorded as a double forfeit.
If you ever need to forfeit a game for any reason, please contact the Everett Recreation Office at (425) 717-6661 as early as possible so that we can alert the other team and the umpire.
For rainout information, call the hotline, updated every game day by 2:30 p.m.: (425) 717-6666
