Feel there's no place to play now? NOT SO FAST! The New Jersey Revolution, a professional arena/indoor football team going into its 5th year of operations is getting ready to kick off and needs talented players! The team will hold its FINAL open tryout to all talented football players and dance team members 18 and up on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 5pm at their official practice facility VSA Victory Sports Arena. Location: VSA - Victory Sports Arena 425 Wild Avenue Staten Island NY 10314 Date: Saturday, January 9, 2010 Registration: 4:30pm Workout: 5:00pm Fee: $60 payable in cash day of workout Players who attend will be tested in the following events only: 40 yard dash - 20 yard shuttle - Broad Jump - L agility and One on Ones 225 bench will not be tested Potential dance team members will be evaluated on appearance, dance skill, attitude. Professional experience not required. Interested players are advised to submit their information and a brief player bio to mrcdrayton27@verizon.net No professional experience required, we are aware of the fact that there are a lot of undiscovered athletes out there and we wish to showcase them and elevate them to the next level. To date we've had 19 of our players receive private workouts and looks from other leagues. Don't miss out on an opportunity of a life time. ALL positions available and welcomed. Roster is built on these workouts and NO player is given a private workout. All players MUST attend an open workout to be evaluated. |

| That's true. We still have a pretty good core. So, anyone from the 2009 team reading this that came out all year, I am not putting you down, come out again. But we need more guys like you and us. And...WE NEED LINEMEN!!!! |

| Josh is working on getting some new coaches and more people to help out. Hopefully our core guys will come back and we can get some more people that actually care about the team. That's what it all comes down to. |

| We had to forfeit our last 2 games of the season due to half our team deciding they didn't want to play any more. Typical BS. |

| Great game to the Blackhawk All-Stars. We all did our part to represent our team. Especially Rome and Gill, great job on the D. And of course, Rob did what he does when he got the chance. And someone stole his move!!!! But it looked damn good. North wins 10-8. |
