U - 9
A developmental program targeted at young, first time lacrosse players for children in the 2nd grade and below. This program offers a weekly clinic and regular 7-on-7 games against other towns with a U9 program.
U - 11
For 3rd and 4th graders, the U11 level introduces kids to full field games and modified lacrosse rules. No hitting is permitted at this level and no long sticks are allowed on defense. Coaches are still permitted on the field during games at this level to help instruct players on the basics of the sports.
U - 13
For 5th and 6th graders, this level moves the kids one step closer to regular lacrosse rules. Defense may use "modified" long sticks (no more than 60 inches). Hitting is allowed, but must be controlled and no "take out" checks are permitted.
U - 15
For 7th and 8th graders, the U15 program is the final step for players before they move on to high school. While many new players still enter the program at this level, the U15 games become much more competitive and physical than those at the younger levels.
