Congratulations to all of the Bound Brook wrestlers, coaches and family members for an OUTSTANDING performance in the Somerset County Tournament. You guys are one of the toughest teams I've ever had the pleasure of watching. Nick, Gabe and Jesse are true champions and more appear ready to follow. I am your newest fan! Best of luck through the rest of the season!

Koup, Marty, Steve and all the rest,
Thank you for four wonderful years.
Michael is a better man for having had you
as his coaches, teachers and friends.I know with Crusader wrestling it's never goodbye, just I'll see you soon.
So that's how I'll end this.
Thanks and see you soon!

Great to read all about when I went to BBHS, 1959 grad. Mario Gentile and Louie Tullo also grads of '59. Crusaders were one of top teams in the state then and it looks like the tradition continues. Good work!

Despite my advanced age and 185 pounds in weight, I believe I take the 103-pounder you have pictured on the front of the website.

hey guys -
I was lucky enough to catch a lot of your matches at the OB duals as well as getting the chance to chat a bit w/some of you. You guys wrestled tough and I loved watching your team. Just as important, you were a nice bunch of kids and I can attest to Mr. Shapiro, when he would tell me stories about how nice the students at BB are - I think being great athletes who are humble & well mannered is a great quality! Don't ever lose those qualities!
I will be releasing my wrestling DVD & manual next week, anyone who subscribes to my newsletter will get a discount. So take advantage and sign up - it's FREE and I send tons of info regarding how to train and motivational stories!
While reading the site there was a comment regarding you guys having free everything - weight room, coaching, open mat, etc - and not many taking advantage - i suggest you do the extra work - after watching the quality of wrestlers we have in NJ, you can't afford to sit @ home & watch nickelodeon and eat ring dings!
Hope to hear from the team soon!
Drop me a line any time :)
