We are looking for a League Registrar!

 League Registrar

Primary Responsibility: the League Registrar is responsible for collecting and processing team registrations, including adds and drops throughout each season.

Secondary Responsibilities: · Plans and coordinates division placement meeting (aka “packet meeting”) · Ensures League Liaison/Division Coordinators receive copies of registration materials · Manages the maintenance of registration materials o Printing of player cards, game cards, etc… o Team Managers’ roster/contact list (including team registration fees for tracking discounts offered) · Communicates with team managers regarding player packets · Assist Commissioner and League Liaison/Division Coordinators with new team outreach and registration · Update bawslreg email with current season managers contact group · Provide League Liaison/division coordinators with list of teams to notify with earned registration discounts · Attends all board meetings · Other duties as assigned

League Liaison/Division Coordinator Open Position

League Liaison/Division Coordinators

Primary Responsibility: The League Liaison/Division Coordinators are responsible for communication between the Executive Board and the teams (or teams assigned in their division responsibility, in the case of Division Coordinators). The League Liaison/Division Coordinators serve as the first point of contact between the team managers and the Executive Board.

Secondary Responsibilities: · Communicates issues and changes to teams · Emails the Dates to Remember to all BAWSL teams monthly (for 3 month period prior to upcoming season registration) · Email the season schedule (if only partial schedule complete by beginning of season, then multiple emails will be sent as schedule is completed, as necessary) · Send correspondence to teams relating to earned discounts, revised team fees, fines, complaints, and other general communications as directed by the Executive Board · Follows up on all questions or complaints from the teams · Assists Registrar with “packet meeting” as needed · Attends all board meetings · Other duties as assigned
