I would like to congradulate one of our Bucs cheerleaders from the 14under squad. Angie Ritenour, has been accepted into the People to People World Leadership Program. Angie will join a select few in Washington in April 2008. to earn high school credit while studying leadership and exploring some of the United States most promonent monuments and institutions. From Capitol Hill to the Smithsonian Institution,and from Colonial Williamsburg to the National Museum of American History, Angie will examine the characteristics of American leadership during times of national challenge and prosperity. Angie will also meet in small-group discussions and exercises with forum delegates to experience first hand hoe successful leaders develop strategies, make decisions, build consensus,and foster change. Angie was niminated and accepted for this honor based on her outstanding scholastic merit,civic involvement and leadership potential. Angie is one terrific student,friend, cheerleader,Jr.Coach and so on. Angie has been with the Buccaneers for 10 straight seasons,this will be her last year with the Bucs,she will go on to High School next year and we would like to wish her the best. Even though she will be leaving cheerleading, she will always be a Bucs at heart, and will continue to9 help Jr.Coach.
