Avon Lake Soccer Organization: Registration
Refunds will not be issued after the first games are played. There are no partial refunds for leaving the program during the season or between fall and spring session. All refund requests must be in writing.
Do Not Send Medical Release Form With Registrations
Please do not mail in medical release form with your registrations. Medical release forms should be filled out and given to your child's coach on the first day of practice. Forms can be found in the Handout section of the website.

NOTE: Teams and Leagues are based upon the US Youth Soccer Registration Age Groups. All players must play within the assigned ALSO leagues for those age groups. Avon Lake school grades are for reference only.
