We are the Swim Team! We Rule the Pool! WE are a group of swimmers from age 8 to 18 that compete with teams all across Europe in the European Forces Swim League. Our competitive season runs from September through mid February culminating with the EFSL Championship Meet to be held in Berlin. Our competitive season practices are held at the Aviano Town Community Pool across from the Soccer Stadium on the A/P Highway. We practice 5 days a week from 1500 - 1645. While some practices are physically intense, others are full of mental challenges and fun. WE are a team of swimmers that compete individually as a group. Any points earned count towards the teams total meet points, as well as the personal Lettering requirements for High School participants. If you enjoy the water, want a challenge, and can swim 50 meters of Freestyle and do 1 minute of treading water; then you're ready for the Sea Dragons. By the season's end, you're guaranteed to know the difference between the "Front Crawl," and a real "Free Style."
