Mission Statement

Aurora Elite’s purpose is to ensure that every player understands and embraces the fact that academics come first. We help players mitigate school politics and position them to become inevitably top notched players that coaches must recognize and ultimately incorporate into the main core of the team.

We prepare each player to fully understand and execute on the fundamentals of the game. Unlike most programs, we actually teach them the "Basketball IQ" quotient of the game. We will instill a “true” sense of Team Spirit and foster an holistic environment of respect and common courtesy as the members of team (as we call it our family ) will be groomed to be considered potential leaders in their respective communities as they advance in their careers. All players are taught a highly specialized D-1 program to ensure they are educated at the highest level possible relating to basketball fundamentals, acumen and knowledge base. Specialized individual personal skills and speed training as well as nutrional education is also part of our package. Our goal is to ensure that upon completion of our program that successful participants will come back to mentor in their respective communities what they have learned throughout the program. For those that follow this path, they will be honored with being inducted as a lifetime member of the Aurora Elite Academy.

Spritual Wisdom of The Day

Every day we encounter spiritual opposition both in our walk with Christ and in our work for Christ. God alerts us to an enemy we face as followers of Jesus Christ. I call them the "Sheep in Wolves Clothing"!

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered; Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone will try to destroy overnight; Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you've got anyway.

Pray for this world Lord!
