U15 TRYOUT UPDATE: The Wolves are looking for field players and a goalkeeper to join our U15 team. Please register at our tryout page for our 6/6 and 6/11 tryouts. We will contact you if there are any changes or updates. Head Coach Jose Venegas
The Wolves would like to introduce and welcome Jose Venegas as our new coach for the U15 season and beyond. Jose is an Olympic Development Program (ODP) coach for the district and state level program since 2008. In addition to his work with the ODP program, he maintains a U.S. Soccer National "C" license.
Jose played professionally in Peru. The Wolves and the Ashburn Soccer Club are thrilled Jose has agreed to coach and prepare the girls for club soccer and to continue their preparation for high school and college. Jose replaces our legendary coach, Rick Bender who founded and coached the team since U9.
The Team & Culture: The Ashburn Wolves are an elite girls travel soccer team that is committed to developing the players’ technical skills and tactical knowledge. The Wolves represent the Ashburn Soccer Club but are comprised of girls from western Fairfax County, eastern Loudoun County, and Winchester, Virginia.
