2005 Memorandum (FIFA Laws of the Game)
This is a memorandum put out by FIFA related to changes to the Laws of the Game for 2005... for example;
- Standing 2 yards away from a thrower
- Arms being in the offside position will not make a player offside now
- ANY dangerous tackle (not just those from behind)must be santioned as serious foug play (red card!)
