Dedicated Board Members have been working hard this winter to recover from the 2008 Flood. The rising flood waters left the ball fields unplayable and in serious need of renovation. The Major Boys Diamond has been drastically improved for the 2009 Season. The field has taken an awesome appearance with Kentucky Blue Grass Sod which is certain to bring a Pro-Like experience to our young ball players. Click here to see this project in action. Improvements like this were made possible with remaining funds from 2008, donated equipment rental from S&W Tool Rental, and the dedication of volunteer help. More capital improvement projects are planned before the 2009 season. These projects enhance the playing experience of our community children and are possible with the dedicated volunteers and community sponsors. The Artesian Little League is a non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. To sponsor an upcoming project click here. To become involved in our Little League Program email us here.

Special Thanks to Brandon Ingle for his generous donation of $2500.00 to renovate the infield of the Senior Ball diamond. For those of you playing on the Senior Field this year you’ll surely appreciate the Kentucky Blue Grass infield. Board members and volunteers work in extremely unsatisfying weather conditions to make this possible. S&W Tool Rental pulled through once again, donating the use of equipment to prepare the field. Be sure to check out the photos of this project online. To make a donation to the Artesian Little League, Click Here. Donations like this make it possible to make precise improvements to our ballpark that gives community children an extraordinary baseball experience.
