The focus of our Strength and Conditioning program will be to improve our players’ overall athletic ability.
The program will focus on three primary areas: core strength, overall strength, and flexibility.
NOVEMBER 19 - MANDATORY SIGN-UPS
WHERE: Pine-Richland Youth Center 5:30-9:00 pm
The Strength staff will be around that day to answer any questions you may have about the program.
An Arsenal Text Alert will be sent out if there are any cancellations or changes in the program.
