Mission Statement
The 16U Arkansas Bombers fastpitch softball team is comprised of confident young ladies who exhibit sportsmanship on and off the softball field. Our mission is to develop a fundamentally strong TEAM with a positive attitude who will compete successfully at a high level of competitive play.

Our team endeavors to build self-confident players with positive attitudes, who will apply the lessons learned on the ball field to other aspects of their lives. Arkansas Bombers players will have valuable experiences to take into their adult lives and a lifetime of happy softball memories.
