Our Goal as an organization and as coaches will be to create a fun and learning environment. Striving to win is much more important than winning.

Titans Baseball’s Objective will be to develop players: Physically - improving their physical condition and health habits; Mentally - helping them to discipline their minds; Emotionally - helping players control their emotions, develop self-esteem and a good self image; Spiritually - allowing them to share their faith and reinforcing that God loves them and offers a wonderful plan for their life.

The Titans organization plan on fielding, 12U - 17U teams for the 2010-11 season in the Paradise Valley and the East Valley Areas. Teen Impact is an athletic ministry targeted towards teenage athletes in the Phoenix area. We have professional athletes come in and share Christian principles and positive messages two times per month. This is completely free & there is no need to register. Food is provided and the meeting is from 6:00pm-7:30pm. ATTITUDE by: Charles Swindoll The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes.
