ARIZONA STORM 18U-GOLD WEBSITE
The Arizona Storm is a federal and state registered 501 C-3, non-profit Junior Olympic girl's fastpitch softball team. We are a highly competitive team comprised of young ladies whose main goal for each season is to compete for the ASA National Championship. Our coaches, players, and most importantly our parents share a commitment to excellence. We could not have accomplished all that we have the past few years without the hard work of all our players, and the exceptional support from a great group of parents.
Our system teaches each athlete how to deal with success and failure, and how to reach both long and short term goals. We believe and teach the girls that hard work, sportsmanship, and team play are the keys to being successful both in softball and in life. The Storm program is designed to build top-notch players who are motivated to taking their game to a higher level. They will be competing in various venues throughout the country.

Champions Train:
To succeed as a player, as a leader, as a team, you've got to be committed... You must be willing to pay the price of success... That's a great big chunk of what teamwork is all about: "COMMITMENT". Being committed to each other. Being committed to winning. Being committed to a dream. Commitment makes it happen.

"Things to Remember"
View adversity as an opportunity or challenge.
Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.
Typically losers are the people who didn't realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
Winning is a direct result of preparation.
Don't let what you cannot do interfere. with what you can do.
Be more concerned with your character than your reputation,
because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is
merely what others think you are.
Success is never final, failure is never fatal. It's the courage to try that counts
