I am so disappointed in AGS. I have referred so many girls to the league and then I see the board not even following their own rules and regulations.
Its a shame because there are good coaches out there volunteering but don't get on the boards bad side, you will pay in the end. Their facilities need to be updated as far as bathrooms , its a disgrace, I think everyone gets in the car and runs to Circle K its so bad.
Its a shame and this league puts themselves first before the girls. Go somehwere else I say, because you never know what will happen at AGS.

Discusted Parent you could not have said it any better. You forgot a few things. That AGS board members do not have to follow rules. If your a coach and get kicked out of a game you don't get suspended because you vote that umpire was wrong. If your team is not a board members team you will play a double header at year end tournament so your pitcher will be tired for second game. Funny how that works. You should not play AGS.

discusted parent
As a parent watching AGS softball over the years, it has become obvious to me that the people running AGS do not care about the girls the parents nor just the people going to watch. They have done nothing to improve the fields, the equipment is no longer available, they keep telling you to pay for more stuff after you sign up, and they have the worst umpires in the Vallley. nor do they answer your questions! The snack bar is very dirty and there is no bathroom to speak of. If you play a double header, your there for 3-4 hrs and there is only one shared bathroom for everybody. Every year they tell you the new bathroom will be there next season. If you want your daughter to have fun while playing ball, you should not play AGS

This is a great league if you get on a board members team. Do your homework to find the correct board members team to be on!

Anderson Bats

Hi, I just wanted to pass this site along. They have great customer service, and the BEST deals on Anderson Bats. If you're lucky you can catch one of their specials with a free backpack. http://www.wcsportinggoods.com.

They also have great deals on Demarini, Combat, Miken and many other baseball and softball bats as well.

Take care, and best of luck.

Hi Carroll. I played against your daughter for years and took batting lessons from your husband at one time. How is she? Those were great times. We always knew we had a great game day ahead of us whether it was against Cubettes or Moon Valley. Wish you all well. I'm hoping my daughter will continue the tradition!
