General meetings are held on the first Monday of the following months: February, March, April, May, June and October. The meetings will be held at Witchduck Hall (660 N Witchduck Road) unless otherwise notified. The meetings will be called to order at 6:30 p.m. By attending these meetings, you will stay informed of league business and events. It is also an outlet for each member to ask questions, make suggestions and vote on league issues. Our election of Officers will be held during the June meeting for those Voting Members who have fulfilled the attendance obligation. Your support is needed and welcome.
Sessions held every Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00am to 2:30pm and every Wednesday evening from 5:00pm to 10:30pm each week at the Witchduck Bingo Hall. Please contact Cheryl Mazza at email@example.com. We need volunteers!!
