APLL Major Softball
The girls won their first game, against Central Accomack (10-1), on July 2nd at 3:30pm. The girls fell to Shore in their second game on July 3rd (10-8). The girls won against Virginia Beach on July 4th (18-0). The team was eliminated from the tournament on July 5th, when Plaza LL won the game (6-5). Many thanks to all the players, the coaching staff, the parents and all the supporters who withstood the heat to watch the team play. Although we did not leave the tournament with a District Flag, I'm sure all of us have memories to cherish for a lifetime... |
