Apex was started to help girls, grades 7-12, improve their lacrosse skills and take their games to the next level by providing better opportunities to play year round in the greater Saratoga Springs area. We play outdoors at the Clement Avenue Fields, next to Skidmore College in downtown Saratoga Springs. In the winter we play at Siena College and the Adirondack Sports Complex in Glens Falls.
