Game Time Tip! - Throwing

Throwing the ball: Look at your teammate's body (or glove) and throw.

When throwing the ball, always look at your target.  If you are looking at your teammate, you will throw the ball right to her.  Also, follow through on your throw and try pointing at your target after you release the ball.
