Cardio Workout/ Running Schedule
This schedule is designed to increase your endurance and to build muscle mass. The schedule must be followed accordingly with effort. Please start the running routine on April 21, 2008. You must stay consistent with the running in order to be successful. Do not get into a routine of missing a day and making it up. This schedule also builds responsibility, determination, and most importantly; willingness. Please scratch out the minutes ran each day. The objective for this preparation is to be able to with-stand the increased temperature in the gym in Rockford and to increase your energy level for trapping defense.
