Girls, here are some exercises that you can do indoors.  They are as follows:

  • 4 sets of 40 sit-ups/crunches
  • 3 sets of 25 leg swings (grab onto a couch or get your parents to spot you by holding onto their ankles)
  • 4 sets of 25 full squats (please do not use weights)
  • 3 sets of 20 push ups
  • 4 sets of 25 calf raises (standing still, raising to the tip of your toes)
  • 4 sets of 15 hamstring curls (exercise done at practic, get on knees have someone support your ankles while you lean forward and then back to the start position.)
  • Last but not least, stretch!
