AFA State Tournament

2005 AFA STATE TOURNAMENT
DATES: June 24-25, 2005

LOCATION: Redwood Softball Complex
         3100 S. Redwood Road, West Valley City, UT 84119

ROSTER: Your Entry form, along with your Entry Fee MUST be sent to the Tournament Director.
Teams must have a completed roster turned in by June 17, 2005

ENTRY FEE: $350.00 Your Entry Fee should be mailed to the Tournament Director, along with your roster, proof of Insurance, and the attached entry form. You must have the completed information and fees to the Tournament Director no later than June 17, 2005,

FORMAT: All teams will play two (2) pool games and then will be seeded into
a double elimination tournament for the State Championship
