Club Website and Registration Policies

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given for players that register but are unable to be placed on a team due to lack of, or too many, players. Refunds will be given to players that pull out before the season starts, but will be subject to charges for processing and for any team apparel that may have been ordered for them. Once the season starts there will be no refunds given.

Terms of Use

This website and the online registration system is provided as a convenience to display information about and collect registrations for the Allouez Anchors Soccer Club. No other use is intended. We will attempt to have all pertinent and necessary information posted here, but we are not responsible for any errors or misinformation that may occur on this site or the online registration site.

Privacy Policy

Any information we collect during the registration process will only be used for assigning players to teams and volunteers to volunteer positions within the organization.

We will not share registration information with any organization other than the national Soccer Association for Youth. This is necessary for insurance purposes.

Coaches in the U-12 to U-19 age groups will have their names and contact information sent to the Bay-Lakes regional scheduler when the regional teams are formed.

Account information will be stored on the registration website for use in subsequent years, but will not be used for any purpose other than registering players and volunteers for new seasons.
