All age groups are now closed

We have now closed late registration for all age groups for the 2014 season. Every team is now at least several weeks into their schedule and our youngest age groups (U-6 and U-8) will be ending this month.

All other age groups will end at the end of July.

There are no scheduled games July 4th week except for U12 Boys, who have a scheduled game on Monday June 30th. Any June Bay-Lakes regional games that may have been cancelled because of inclement weather will have make-up games scheduled between June 30th and July 3rd.

The U10 season will start June 3rd and will be every Tuesday and Thursday evening until July 31st, with the exception of July 1st and 3rd. There will be no games July 4th week.

2014 soccer season starting for U6 and U8 May 5th and 6th!

Soccer begins on Monday, May 5th for U6 (4-5 years old) and will be every Monday evening until June 30th, with the exception of Memorial Day. The U8 age group (6-7 years old) will start Tuesday May 6th and will be on every Tuesday and Thursday evening until June 26th. All player families had their rosters and schedule sent out via email on Tuesday, April 29th.

Important points:

  • All games will be played at Green Isle Park
  • Every parent or guardian must sign a sheet acknowledging that they have received a concussion information sheet from us. Your player will NOT get a jersey or be allowed to play until we get the signature. This is Wisconsin state law.
  • If this is your first season in the Allouez Anchors Soccer Club program, we need proof of your child's age. Please bring a birth certificate or similar official document so we can verify the birthdate on the roster. We do not need a copy, we only need to see it.
  • All children must be wearing soccer shin guards covered by soccer socks. We do not provide these. No one is allowed to play unless they are wearing them. Soccer shoes are recommended but optional. Football or baseball style shoes are not allowed.
  • Jewelry is not allowed: please remove all earrings, studs, rings, bracelets and watches. No soccer league allows these as they can injure another player.
  • The "Soccer Camp" evenings indicated on the schedule will have a professional coach from Challenger Sports running the session for that week. These sessions will be extra long: they will start at 6:00 pm and end at 8:00 pm. Please plan to stay for the entire session if possible so as not to disrupt the coach.
If you have any questions or comments please contact us.

Due to lack of numbers, we were forced to close registration for our U14, U16 and U19 Boys teams. All registrations have been cancelled and fees refunded. Players aged 10 and over need to register by March 10th!!

If your child wants to play soccer this summer and is 10 years old or older before August 1st, please register as soon as possible. Our registration numbers are running about 66% of where they were last year at this date so there's real danger that we won't have enough players to make up teams in our older age groups.

If we don't have at least 90% registration per age group by March 10th, then we will have to close registration for it. Our regional scheduler must have confirmed numbers by then. We will not be able to add teams later on, even if we get enough late registrations.

British Soccer Camps coaches to work with our U6, U8 and U10 age groups!

We have worked out an arrangement with Challengersports, who run the British Soccer Camps to come in and work with our younger kids starting June 17th. We will have two British Soccer Camps coaches work with our U6 age group on Monday June 17th, U8 on Tuesday June 18th and Thursday June 20th, and U10 on Tuesday June 25th and Thursday June 27th.

The purpose of this training is help train our coaches and our kids at the same time. We have had British Soccer Camps coaches do our pre-season coach training before (including this year) but this is the first year that we've had them come in and work directly with the kids. This will provide a great opportunity to see professional coaches in action and to give the kids something diferent to do. We believe our coaches, kids and parents will all benefit from this experience.

Please note that this will replace the normal schedule, so no games will be played on the nights that were are training. If you have any questions, please contact us.
